Choosing cremation offers several choices for service and memorialization. The following packages are suggestions and may assist you in determining the type of service that would meet your needs.

Cremation packages do not include charges of paid newspaper notices OR any other unexpressed merchandise or services.

There is no allowance for substitutions. Package price does not include certain cash-advance products and services, for example, certified death certificates, newspaper obituary, and cemetery or clergy fees.

Basic Direct Cremation Option

This option includes the following services:

• Transfer of remains to funeral home
• Basic services of staff
• Case appropriate sanitization and disinfection
• Next of kin authorization and identification
• Filing of death certificate
• Permit fee from the local health department
• Alternative container from the funeral home
• Medical examiner’s certificate and fee for viewing
• Transfer to the crematory
• Crematory fee
• Having cremated remains available for receipt at the funeral home

The Basic Option package does not include the use of funeral home staff or facilities for any memorial visitation or ceremony, public or private any mileage fee and newspaper notice fee.

LEGACY CREMATION PACKAGE OPTION

The Legacy Option typically occurs over two days.

In addition to services listed with a Basic Cremation, the Legacy option includes:

• Memorial Cards
• Register Book
• Laminated Obituary Bookmarks
• Acknowledgement Cards
• Memorial Calling Hours (2 hours)
• Transfer of cremated remains to the location of service
• Use of staff and equipment for Memorial Service or Mass and cemetery committal
• Urn Option
• Alternative container from the funeral home

The Legacy Cremation Option does not include charges by the Cemetery, provision of a cremation urn or other unexpressed merchandise or services

TRIBUTE CREMATION PACKAGE OPTION

The Tribute package includes all the services taking place on the same day.

• Register Book

• Memorial Calling Hour (1Hour)

The Tribute Cremation Option does not include charges by the Cemetery, provision of a cremation urn or other unexpressed merchandise or services

• Use of facility and staff for funeral service in funeral home or other location within 25 miles
• Use of vehicles for funeral service and committal
• Fee for crematory and medical examiner viewing
• Memorial cards, acknowledgement cards, register book, crucifix and laminated obituary cards.

• Personalized memorial urn from limited JOURNEY OPTIONS*

REFLECTIONS

• Basic services of the Funeral Director and Staff
• Transfer of the deceased to the funeral home
• Preparation for identification, dressing and cosmetology
• Disposition Permit Fee
• Allowance for a casket from the REFLECTIONS OPTIONS for visitation
• Use of facilities and staff for calling hour (one hour private) or closed casket
• Fee for crematory and medical examiner viewing
• Use of vehicles for funeral service and committal
• Memorial cards, acknowledgement cards, register book, crucifix and laminated obituary cards.
