There are many different reasons for pre-planning a funeral. Pre-planning is often a tentitive plan that puts things into a perspective for future planning.
Speaking to others about death and dying is often difficult. Even thinking about it raises a great deal of emotion. In reality, discussions about end-of-life issues and plans can alleviate many problems and emotional strain that often occur with death.
Preplanning and pre-financing is sometimes a method people use to assist their survivors after death occurs. Speaking with fanily members about end-of-life care and plans affords survivors and others the opportunity to share their thoughts, indicate their wishes and have concerns answered without stress and strain.
As with many things, unforeseen developments occur even with pre-planning things happen. Careful counseling with our experienced funeral directors prior to death can prevent unwise planning or spending.
